Our factory and assembly workshops to make/develop products as followings.

1. Technicians complete the technical drawing according to customer's requests and make a confirmation with each other.

2. After technical drawing confirmation, we will make samples for approval before mass production.

Production Details are as below:

●  Product Functions:

1) Design for the product fuctions circuit principles

2) Produce PCB,and combined with SMT electronic components,then write the programs into them

●  Product structure:

1) Product CAD drawing, Pro E stereogram

2) Use CNC machine center to manufacture for samples

3) Confirm the program before mass production, make molds(such as plastic molds, silicone molds and die casting)

4) Inject molds, produce silicone parts and casting.

5) Produce stainless steel parts and metal sheets, ect.

●  Product assembly:

1) Assembly workshop:assemble keyboard,trackball,touchpad,etc.

2) Test room:100% inspection before products sending out the shipment

3) Packing and delivery: do the package according to customer's requests and make a storage,and shipping department will arrange the shipment of this after the order is completed.
